Creston Apparel combines fabric weaving, embroidery and garment production in one company. Buyers deal with one manufacturer for the fabric and the finished product. Production takes place in our own facilities in Pakistan.

Factory overview
Weaving and garment making under one company, so fabric quality, shade and delivery are planned together with the garment order.

Constructions, weights and finishes are developed to the end use: shirting, bottomweight or heavy canvas.

Fabric is woven in-house on computerized Japanese jet looms.

Fabric inspection
Greige and finished rolls are inspected on a lit inspection frame before they are released to cutting.

Cutting
Fabric is spread and cut to graded patterns, with panels bundled and ticketed by size and shade.

Sewing
Production lines are set by product type: shirts, bottoms, sleepwear and kidswear.

Embroidery and finishing
Computerized Schiffli embroidery machines for embroidered fabric and panels; garments are pressed, trimmed and checked before packing.
