You provide the design, pattern or reference sample. We develop the fabric and samples, produce the order to your approved specification and ship it under your brand. The design remains yours.

What an OEM order includes
Sample development
Proto, fit, size-set and pre-production samples made to your specification, each returned with a measurement report.
Custom fabrics
Fabric woven to your construction and weight, or sourced to your specification, with lab dips for colour approval.
Custom colours
Piece-dyed or garment-dyed to Pantone references or your physical colour standards.
Custom trims
Buttons, zips, drawcords, rivets and thread to your BOM, sourced by us or supplied by you.
Embroidery
Embroidered fabric and panels on our computerized Schiffli embroidery machines.
Bulk production
Cut, sewn, finished and inspected against the sealed pre-production sample.
Who it suits
Brands with their own design and fit standards
OEM suits brands that design in-house and need a manufacturer who will follow the specification exactly: the right collar stand, the right rise, the right shade, order after order. It gives you the most control over the product and requires the most input at the approval stages.
Our products include woven shirts, blouses, trousers, shorts, skirts, sleepwear and kidswear, with fabric woven at our own mill. See the product range for the constructions and specifications we produce.
What protects your design
Patterns, artwork and samples developed for your order are used only for your production. We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request before you share designs.

OEM questions
Do you offer OEM manufacturing?
Yes. We manufacture to your design and specification under your brand. You own the design; we develop the sample, source or weave the fabric and produce the order.
Can you manufacture from a reference sample?
Yes. Send the garment and tell us what to keep and what to change. We measure it, analyse the fabric and build a specification that you approve before sampling.
Can you handle repeat production?
Yes. Approved specifications, patterns, sealed samples and fabric records are kept so repeat orders are produced to the same standard.
Can you manufacture to buyer specifications?
Yes. Production is checked against your approved specification and the sealed pre-production sample, including measurements and tolerances, fabric, trims, labelling and packing.
Can I send my own tech pack?
Yes, and it is the fastest way to an accurate quotation. We review it for construction, measurements, fabric and trims and send back any open questions before costing.
