Fluid and structured blouses and shirts in voile, lawn, poplin and linen blends.
Women’s woven tops are often cut from the lightest fabrics in a collection, and that is where workmanship shows. Seam puckering, uneven gathers or a heavy hem will ruin a voile blouse. We set needle, thread and seam type for each fabric on the sample, and check those settings during production.
What we produce
Shirts and blouses in cotton voile, lawn, poplin, cambric and linen blends: relaxed and fitted shirts, gathered and pintucked blouses, and embroidered styles. Embroidered fabric and panels are produced on our own computerized Schiffli embroidery machines, so embroidery is planned in the same production schedule as the sewing.

Send your tech pack, sketch or a reference garment with target fabric and quantities. We confirm fabric and embroidery options, make a fit sample, and seal a pre-production sample before bulk cutting.

Can you embroider fabric for blouses?
Yes. We run computerized Schiffli embroidery machines, used for embroidered yardage and panels such as broderie-style fronts and borders.
How do you prevent seam damage on very fine fabrics?
Needle size, stitch density and seam type are set for the fabric on the sample, and seam slippage and puckering are checked during in-line inspection.
