Chinos and tailored trousers in cotton twill, stretch twill and canvas.

Trousers sell on fit. We work from your block or pattern, grade it across your size range and inseam lengths, and measure the sample against your points of measure (waist, hip, front and back rise, thigh, knee and leg opening) before any bulk fabric is cut.

What we produce

Chinos, tailored trousers and utility trousers in cotton twill, stretch twill, canvas and linen blends. Canvas is woven at our own mill; it suits workwear and utility styles.

Fit, fabric and finish approval

Shrinkage from washing or garment dyeing is tested on the sample and built into the pattern. You approve the fit sample, then a pre-production sample in bulk fabric, trims and wash, which becomes the standard for production and final inspection.

Do you garment-dye trousers?

Trousers can be piece-dyed or garment-dyed. Garment dyeing changes shrinkage, so patterns are adjusted on the sample and measurements are checked after the dye and wash.

Can you make the same trouser in several inseam lengths?

Yes. Inseam lengths are graded as part of the size set and packed and labelled as separate SKUs.
